Order

1) How do I place my order?

  • You can choose among the variety of products on funkyzz.com. After selecting your desired products, click on the product and select the option ‘Add to cart’. Once you have finished looking and have the desired products in your bag you can select to proceed.
  • You are then required to fill in the necessary details including your name, delivery address and contact number. Once the required information is filled, you can proceed to payment.
  • You can choose among the various payment options such as Cash on delivery, net-banking, payment using credit/debit cards and other E-wallets.
  • Once your order is placed you will receive a notification via sms or email.
  • Your order will be delivered within 24 hours in the Aurangabad city, whereas in other parts of Maharashtra and India your order will be delivered within 3-4 days according to the location.

 

2) Do I need to have an account at funkyzz to order?

  • No, you do not need to have an account at funkyzz to order. You can login and shop as a guest too.
  • Though it is advisable to create an account at funkyzz.com to enjoy the reward points, coupons, gift vouchers and other benefits.

 

3) How do I know that my order is confirmed?

  • Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation notification via SMS or Email.

 

4) Can I edit my order after it is confirmed?

  • We are sorry to inform you that once your order has been confirmed it cannot be edited under any circumstances.

 

5) Can I edit my shipping address and contact number after the order has been placed?

  • We are sorry to inform that you cannot edit the shipping address once the order has been placed because the shipping charges are applied according to the delivery address.

 

6) Can I track my order?

  • Yes you can track your order.
  • Select the option ‘my orders’ in the main menu.
  • Next select the ‘track order’ under my orders to track your order.

 

7) How will the delivery be done?

  • The delivery will be done through the courier services. The order will be delivered to you within 24 hours in the Aurangabad city, whereas in other parts of Maharashtra and India your order will be delivered within 3-4 days according to the location.

 

8) Do funkyzz have a physical store?

  • Yes we do have a physical store in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

 

9) How can I see the status of my order?

  • Select the option ‘my orders’ in the main menu.
  • Next select the ‘track order’ under my orders to track your order.

 

10) How can I cancel my order?

  • You can cancel your order by selecting the cancel option from the ‘my orders’ in the main menu.

 

11) Can I order over the phone?

  • Currently we aren’t available over the phone. You can however visit our website and choose your desired products.

 

12) How can I track the delivery of my order?

  • All Funkyzz items are delivered through reputed courier partners – who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.

Payment

1) What are my payment options?

  • You can choose among the various payment options such as Cash on delivery, net-banking, payment using credit/debit cards and other E-wallets.

 

2) How do I make a purchase on Funkyzz?

  • You can make purchases using the following:
  1. Credit Card (All leading bank credit cards)
  2. Debit Card (All leading bank debit cards)
  3. Net banking (All leading banks)
  • You can also opt for the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment method. With COD you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on our website.

 

3) What if the amount got debited from my side but I did not receive an Order ID?

  • We ensure that an Order ID is confirmed only once our bank receives the payment from your bank. Sometimes, due to unforeseen reasons, the amount might be debited from your side but wouldn’t have been received by us yet. You can contact our customer care service in these types of situations and we’ll sort it out.

Return and Exchange

1) What is Funkyzz Return and Exchange Policy? How does it work?

  • Funkyzz returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Funkyzz for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (which is usually 7 days). We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.
  • However all electronics, books and customized categories items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. They will however be provided with the manufacturer warranty.
  • We ask you to provide Funkyzz with an image or video during opening of the package to claim your return.

 

2) How do I return an order?

  • You can return an order within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • You can return your product by selecting the return option from the section ‘My orders in the main menu’.

 

3) Will I get a refund if I return my order?

  • Yes you will get a refund when you return your order, the shipping charges will however not be refunded.

 

4) Will Funkyzz pick up the product I want to return from my location?

  • Yes we will provide the courier service at your location for the returns, it will however be chargeable. The reverse shipping charges will be applied. These shipping charges may vary from place to place as per the courier services.

 

5) Can I exchange a product?

  • Funkyzz gives you the liberty to exchange a product in case of any defect, a faulty product or any size issues. You however have to contact www.funkyzz.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • However all electronics, books and customized categories items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. You will however be provided with the manufacturer warranty.
  • You can exchange the delivered product with a new product.
  • The return shipping charges will however be applied.
  • In case of a defect from the manufacturing end, you need not pay the shipping charges.
  • In case you want to exchange/ return a product where the manufacturing end is not at fault, return shipping / exchange shipping charges will be applied.

  • You can exchange an item online at www.funkyzz.com by following the below steps.
  • Log in to the ‘My Account’ section at www.funkyzz.com/my-account
  • Select the product that needs to be exchanged
  • Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process

 

8) What should I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?

  • We apologize for this however in a rare case you happen to receive a damaged/defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We ask you to provide Funkyzz with an image or video during opening of the package to claim your return.

 

9) Can I return a product that has already been shipped?

  • If you wish to return a product that has already been shipped, we kindly request you not to accept the delivery of the order.
  • Once we receive the product and verify its packaging and condition, we will refund your money. The shipping charges will however not be refunded.

Shipping

1) What if I am not available to take a delivery?

  • There will be two delivery attempts. If you fail to receive the delivery to the two attempts, the product will be deemed as returned.

2) Are there any shipping charges?

  • There will be free shipping on purchase above Rs. 999. If your order is below Rs.999 then there are shipping charges. The general shipping charges are Rs.60 per Product.

  • You can shop over Rs.999 to eliminate the shipping charges

4) What is the estimated delivery time?

6) How do I cancel the order, I have placed?

  • You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. You will get a complete refund if you cancel your order before it has been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you can still cancel your order and refund will be processed into the source account, if order amount was paid online. The shipping charges will however not be refunded

7) If I cancel my order will I get a refund?

  • Yes you will get a refund when you cancel your order.
  • However, if you cancel an order that has already been dispatched, you will be required to pay the shipping charges.
